闭角型青光眼相关白内障手术治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：原发性闭角型青光眼和白内障都是年龄相关性眼病,且是相互影响的两种眼病。临床上合并白内障的闭角型青光眼患者越来越多,由于晶状体因素所导致的瞳孔阻滞在闭角型青光眼的发病中起重要作用,超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入和房角分离已成为一种安全、有效的新抗青光眼手术方式。我们就闭角型青光眼相关白内障手术治疗的研究进行综述。Primary angle-closure glaucoma and cataract are all age-related ocular disease. Those two kinds of disease influence each other. Clinically, there is a dramatic increase in the amount of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Pupillary block caused by the factor of lens plays an important role in the pathogenesis of angle-closure glaucoma, phacoemulsification with foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and goniosynechialysis have become a safe and effective treatment option for angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. This article reviews the study of surgical treatment of cataract related to angle-closure glaucoma.
