浅析新时期加强高职生党性教育的困境

摘　　要：新时期加强高职生的党性教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要任务。但是,高职生的整体素质下降,入党动机呈现多元化特征,对党性教育的认识存在缺陷,成为制约高职生党性教育的关键因素;高职院校人才培养模式对德育目标弱化,党校作用发挥不充分,党建工作机制不健全,影响党性教育的成效;而社会转型期价值观念的多元化、沉重的就业负担和党内存在的不正之风成为新时期党性教育面临的最大挑战。Strengthening vocational college students＇ party spirit education in the new era is one of the important tasks of ideological and political education.However,the current party spirit education meets with many difficulties which are summarized below： the students＇ quality decline,various motives for joining the Party,lack of knowledge of the party spirit education,weakening of moral education goals due to the training mode,the inadequate role the party school plays,imperfect party-building mechanism,plural values held by people at the social transition stage,heavy burden of employment,and the corruption of some Party members.All the factors above present great challenges to the party spirit education in the new era.
