摘　　要：通过问卷调查法、专家访谈法,对我国高校体育教学、课外活动、课余训练及师资队伍现状进行调查分析,结果表明:以俱乐部形式的课内外一体化教学模式是符合当前高校体育培养目标的教学组织形式;体育师资的状况和存在问题喜忧参半;课外体育活动现状令人担忧;运动员来源渠道狭窄,优质生源短缺,培养方案不利于运动员的全面发展,教练员学历、职称结构合理,业务水平偏低.Based on the questionnaire and interviews with experts,we make a study of sports teaching,extra-curricular activities,after school training and faculty.The result shows that club as an integrating form is an appropriate class teaching mode and is in accord with college sports training target.The status quo of PE teachers invokes mingled hope and worry.Extracurricular sports activities are not satisfactorily implemented.Athletes can not be extensively recruited and there is a shortage of high quality student athletes.The faculty is satisfactory in terms of their academic background and job titles,but their professional level needs improvement.
