高校体育产业发展与人才发展的相关性

摘　　要：高校体育产业发展与人才培养之间存在着必然联系,为了更进一步地拓展和运用这种联系,必须要重视二者的融合。从体育实践体系的形成、实现课程体系的转变、培养发展高校体育产业的人才三方面进行融合对策运用,最终实现体育产业的可持续性人才战略发展。文章进行了高校体育产业发展与人才发展的相关性研究,并提出了体育产业发展与人才发展的融合对策,为高校体育产业发展提供了人才培养策略。The development of sports industry and personnel training there is inevitable connection between, in order to further develop and utilize this connection, must pay attention to the fusion of the two. From sports practice system formation, implementation of curriculum system transformation, training and development of college sports industry talents three fusion strategies use, finally realizes the sports industry sustainable development talent strategy. In this paper the development of sports industry and talent development of related research, and proposed the development of sports industry and talent development integration strategy, for college sports industry development offerred talents strategy.
