摘　　要：文章对我国企业目前的员工培训现状进行了分析,并阐述了做好企业员工培训和培训工作发展对企业的影响及对策,使员工从技能培训、标准执行培训及管理培训等方面都收到实效,最终实现员工职业生涯的发展。The article analyzes the current status quo of enterprise＇s staff training in China, and expounds the impact and countermeasures on enterprises of doing staff training and training development, so that employees are effectively collected from the skills training, standards implementation training and management training, and ultimately achieve the career development of employees.
