全真一气汤对肾不纳气证COPD模型大鼠血清ADM水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨全真一气汤对肾不纳气证模型大鼠血清ADM水平的影响。[方法]SO2熏吸+腺嘌呤饲料饲养复制肾不纳气证COPD大鼠模型。中药组用全真一气汤进行治疗,西药组用氨茶碱治疗,实验结束后测定大鼠血清中的肾上腺髓质素(ADM)含量。[结果]与西药组、模型组比较,中药组大鼠ADM含量升高(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]全真一气汤能够维持ADM水平,延缓COPD的进展,这是该方剂对COPD起效的治疗机制之一。[Objective]To approach the effect of Quanzhenyiqi Soup on ADM in blood serum from COPD-Rats cast of kidney failing to promote inspiration.[Methods]To make a copy of COPD-Rats cast of kidney failing to promote inspiration by SO2 to smoke＋Adenine diet.Chinese Medicines Section was treated with Quanzhenyiqi Soup,and Westem Medicines Section with aminophylline.To survey and evaluate ADM in blood serum at last.[Results]Compared to Westem Medicines Section and Cast Section,content of ADM of Chinese Medicines Section is advanced（P0.05 or P0.01）.[Conclusion]Quanzhenyiqi Soup can keep content of ADM in blood serum,and postpone the progression of COPD,that may be one of the mechanism this prescription treat COPD.
