摘　　要：太阳病以"脉浮、头项强痛而恶寒"为提纲。"有一分恶寒,便有一分表证","恶寒"是表证的特征性表现,太阳病是六经辨病中疾病传变过程的开始阶段,表证是八纲辨证里外感症状的集合,太阳病不等于表证。＂ pulse floats, the head along with the neck are painful, stiff and aversion to cold＂ is used as the outline in Taiyang syndrome. ＂ providede there is the aversion to cold,there would have Exterior syndrome＂. ＂ aversion to cold＂ is characteristic manifestation Exterior syndrome, taiyang syndrome is incipient stage of progress of disease in differentiation of symptoms and signs by Six Meridians, Exterior syndrome is the collection of external infections differentiation of symptoms and signs by Eight Principles. So Taiyang syndrome is not equal to exterior syndrome.
