非外伤性玻璃体出血手术治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：了解玻璃体切除术治疗非外伤性玻璃体出血的疗效和并发症。方法：回顾性分析１９９７ 年５月至１９９８ 年１２月我科玻璃体切除术治疗并随访的４３例患者情况。结果：９１％ 视力有提高，非糖尿病视网膜病变组视力好于糖尿病视网膜病变组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；主要的并发症有白内障、医源性裂孔、视网膜脱离。结论：玻璃体切除术为明显改善非外伤性玻璃体出血患者视力的治疗手段，小心操作可减少并发症发生。Objective: To observe the results and complications of vitrectomy for the treatment of nontraumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Methods: The treatment and follow up of 43 cases retrospectively with vitrectomy from May 1997 to December 1998 in our department were studied. Results: The vision of 91% cases was increased, and the result was better in nondiabetic group than in diabetic group ( P <0.01). The main complications were cataract, iatrogenic retinal breaks, retinal detachment. Conclusion: Vitrectony is a good method for nontraumatic vitreous hemorrhage and definitely improves the vision of these patients. Carefull operation can reduce the complications.
