摘　　要：工商管理、公共管理与教育管理,在对待"事"、"物"和"人"等管理要素上,存在着天然的价值差异。当前中国教育管理是"科学管理"和"传统经验管理"的复合体,但由于特殊的社会历史文化背景,"科学管理"存在不科学",经验管理"可以有乾坤。教育管理疏远了教育,亲近了"管理",因此,需要重新审视和认清教育管理的问题与实质,使教育管理回归"教育之道"。When dealing with management elements such as affair, material, human and so on, there exist natural value differences among business administration, public administration and education administration. Currently, Chinese education administration is the compound of ＂cientific management＂ and ＂traditional experience management＂. While due to the specific social historical and cuhural background, ＂scientific management＂ can be not scientific, ＂experience management＂ can also have much more connotation. The revolution of education administration still needs to re-examine and clarify the problem and substance of education administration.
