鼻咽癌中TRPC1的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究TRPC1蛋白在鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)中的表达及意义。方法:收集鼻咽癌组织213例,鼻咽慢性炎症组织24例。应用免疫组化技术(Envision二步法)检测鼻咽癌和鼻咽慢性炎症组织中TRPC1蛋白的表达,采用SPSS13.0软件对实验数据进行分析。结果:TRPC1蛋白在鼻咽癌组和对照组织表达率分别为78.87%、40.74%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);NPC组织中,TRPC1蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别、病理类型、EBV-IgG状态、颅底侵犯、远处转移无关,而与T分期、N分期、临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:TRPC1蛋白在鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TRPC1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of TRPC1 in 213 NPC biopsy specimens and 24 nasopharyngitis cases were measured by immunohistochemistry envision method.Results The expression rate of TRPC1 in NPC cases was obviously higher（78.87%） than that in nasopharyngitis cases（40.74%）（P 0.001）.The expression of TRPC1 in NPC was not correlated with patients＇gender and age,the pathological type,the status of EBV-IgG,skull-base invasion,and distant metastasis of NPC,but was related to T stage,N stage,and clinical stage of NPC（P 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of TRPC1 may play an important role in the progression of NPC,and its overexpression might promote the proliferation and migration of NPC.
