摘  要:建立了同时测定食用菌中19种氨基甲酸酯类农药(NMCs)残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)。通过丙酮和乙腈(85∶15,V/V)提取,GPC法和PSA固相萃取柱两种方法净化,UPLC-MS/MS同时测定蘑菇、香菇、木耳和牛肝菌中19种氨基甲酸酯类农药,同位素稀释法定量。以GPC法净化,回收率为74.0%~93.2%;以PSA固相萃取柱净化,回收率为70.2%~91.8%,两种方法的检出限均为0.01mg/kg。各种NMCs在确定的添加范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数R均大于0.99。所建立的检测方法实用、准确、灵敏度高。Methods to simultaneously determine 19 carbamate pesticides residues in mushrooms by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS)were established. The mushroom samples were extracted with acetone/acetonitrile (85: 15, V/V) , purified by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) or solid phase extraction (SPE) and detected by UPLC-MS/MS with isotope internal standard method. Results showed that the recoveries ranged from 74. 0% to 93.2% with the cleaning method of GPC and 70. 2% to 91.8% with the cleaning method of PSA solid phase extraction. The limits of detection (LOD) was 0.01mg/kg. The method showed a good linear relationship with the correlation coefficients over 0. 99. The established method is applied, accurate and high sensitive.
