实验性全脑缺氧神经病理与脑匀浆、血LPO、Fe、SOD活性测试综合研究

摘  要:本实验采用自行设计并成功建立的全脑缺氧动物模型,着重对全脑缺氧发展的不同阶段包括脑再供氧条件下神经组织病理改变特征与同期动物脑匀浆、血中LPO、Fe、SOD活性变化加以综合研究。结果发现完全性脑缺氧及脑再供氧的不同阶段均有神经细胞不同范围不同程度的局部缺血性改变,且再供氧阶段神经组织损害更为严重。脑缺氧发展金过程LPO、Fe、SOD活性变化有自身内在规律,又与神经病理改变有着内在联系。This self-designed experiment estabolished a global anoxic animal model successfully. The concerns were taken over the various stages of global anoxia, including theneuropathologic changes and the activities of LPO,Fe; SOD in blood following the resupply of oxygen. The results showed that local ischemia occured in varying degrees and ranges at correspondent stages of complete brain ischemia and the stage following the resupply of oxygen as well. More serious changes were found in nerve tissue following theresupply of oxygen and during the whole stage of global anoxia the level of LPO, Fe and SOD was changed regularly and it showed closed relationship to neuropathologic changes.
