摘 要:【目的】探讨采后水杨酸处理对厚皮甜瓜果实采后病害的抑制效果和苯丙烷代谢的增强作用。【方法】以‘玉金香’厚皮甜瓜为试材,用4 mmol.L-1水杨酸采后常温浸泡10 min,测定处理对粉红单端孢(Trichotheciumroseum)损伤接种果实病斑直径和自然发病率的抑制,以及对果实苯丙烷代谢关键酶活性和产物积累的影响。【结果】水杨酸处理不仅明显降低了果实损伤接种T.roseum的病斑直径,而且还显著减轻了常温贮藏期间果实的自然发病率。水杨酸处理明显提高了苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、4-香豆酰-辅酶A连接酶(4CL)和肉桂酸羟化酶(C4H)的活性,处理后6 d,其C4H和4CL活性分别比对照高1.0和2.8倍,10 d时PAL活性为对照的1.6倍。此外,处理还显著提高了果实的总酚以及木质素含量,处理后4 d和10 d果实木质素和总酚含量分别高出对照30.6%和30.0%,但处理对类黄酮含量影响不大。【结论】采后水杨酸处理能够通过诱导厚皮甜瓜的苯丙烷代谢增强果实对采后病害的抗性。[Objective] The effects of salicylic acid (SA) dipping on postharvest disease resistance and phenylpropanoid pathway in muskmelon fruit was investigated in this paper. [ Method ] Muskmelons (Cucumis melo L. cv.Yujinxiang) were dipped at 4 mmol'L1 of SA for 10 min. The inhibition effect of SA dipping on the lesion diameter of fruits inoculated with Trichothecium roseum and natural incidence of melons were investigated during storage at room temperature. The key enzyme activities and substances accumulation ofphenylpropanoid pathway in fruits were also detected. [Result] SA significantly decreased the lesion diameter of fruits inoculated with T. roseum, and the natural incidence of fruits during storage at room temperature. The treatment increased the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), 4-coumarate: CoA ligase (4CL) and cinnamate-4hydroxylase (C4H) in fruits. The activity of C4H and 4CL was 1.0 and 2.8 times higher in treated fruits than that in the control after 6 days of treatment, and PAL activity was 1.6 times of the control after 10 days of treatment. SA significantly enhanced the content of total phenolic and lignin. The content of lignin and total phenolic was 30.6% and 30.0% higher in treated fruits than that in the control after 4 and 10 days of treatment; however, no significant difference was found in flavanoid content between the treatment and the control. [Conclusion] Postharvest SA treatment could increase the resistance in melon fruits against postharvest diseases by inducing phenylpropanoid pathway.
