摘 要:基于定常不可压缩强曲率流体的RNG k-ε紊流数值模型,通过建立以水力损失最小和基于质量加权流速均匀度最大为优化目标的评价函数,设定适当的边界条件,利用三维非结构化六面体网格单元进行网格划分,采用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散,应用CFD软件Fluent对泵站进水池和水泵进水管内部流场进行数值模拟计算.为了模拟水泵竖向进水管布置的控制参数对泵站前池和水泵进水管口流态的影响,参照现行的泵站设计规范,分别模拟了管道内径为D的竖向进水管在不同后壁距和不同悬空高度时的进水流态,并绘制了水泵进水管口流速均匀度和水力损失关系曲线.研究表明,对于安装有卧式离心泵的大型提水泵站,合理的进水管后壁距与悬空高度可以保证良好的进水流态,促使水泵进口流速分布均匀,有效地防止前池内的泥沙淤积,并能确保水泵高效稳定运行.根据模拟计算结果,提出了设计时可供参考的进水管后壁距取值范围为(0.4~0.8)D,悬空高度的取值范围为(0.6~0.8)D.The flow field in the intake and suction pipe of a pump station was simulated numerically by means of CFD software Fluent.In the computation,the finite volume method,3D unstructured mesh and steady incompressible RNG k-ε turbulence model were applied.Moreover,both the hydraulic loss and mass-weighted velocity uniformity at pipe inlet were optimized based on CFD simulations.To investigate the effect of vertical suction pipe position on flow pattern at the pipe inlet,the flow fields in the pump intake and suction pipe were simulated when the suction pipe was located at various positions in the pump intake which were specified by two parameters: one is the distance from the entrance to suction pipe to bottom of the pump intake,the other is the minimum distance between the outside wall of suction pipe to the side wall of the pump intake.Those parameters were expressed as a fraction of the inner diameter D of suction pipe according to the current pump intake design specifications.The velocity uniformity and hydraulic loss were correlated to the two parameters.The results indicated that in the large pump stations equipped with horizontal centrifugal pumps reasonable large two parameters can ensure the flow pattern at the pipe inlet uniform to prevent the pump intake from sand sedimentation and allow the pump to be operated efficiently and stably.The simulation results suggest that the minimum distance between the outside wall of suction pipe to the side wall of the pump intake and the distance from the entrance of suction pipe to bottom of the pump intake should be(0.4-0.8)D and(0.6-0.8)D,respectively,for reference in pump intake design.
