摘　　要：文章根据大唐电信集团在技术创新方面的发展经验,分析了技术创新人才培养的重要性,以及我国高等工程教育的现状和面临的挑战,并通过探讨企业技术创新的内涵和模式,从做到一体化、避免两张皮的角度,对我国工程教育的未来发展提出了若干建议。This paper analyses the importance of cultivating innovative technological personnel and the current situation and challenge of Chinars higher engineering education based on the development experience of Datang telecommunication cooperation. It also puts forward some suggestions to the future development of engineering education from the perspective of integration and avoiding two peels＇ phenomenon.
