新时期行业背景地方院校特色发展研究——北京石油化工学院的探索

摘　　要：高校在不同的历史时期都会面临挑战,只有认清和遵循办学规律并进行准确定位,才不会迷失方向。行业背景地方院校在保持和发展行业优势的基础上,如何把行业优势拓展成为服务地方发展的能力和特色,从而实现与行业和地方经济社会发展的双赢,是其实施发展战略的基本立足点,也是其应对挑战的关键所在。本文结合北京石油化工学院的发展实践,谈谈新时期行业背景地方院校发展的思考。Colleges have been facing the challenges at different historical stages. Only by realizing and fol- lowing the school-running laws to locate themselves adequately, couldn＇t they lose their way. It is the basic foot hold for local colleges with industrial backgrounds to take the industrial advantages to serve the local development and keep their own local characteristics so as to realize win-win development of both the industry and the local economy and the society. This paper makes some reflections on the development of local colleges with industrial background in New Period based on the practice of the school of chemical technology of Beijing Petroleum University.
