摘 要:烧结动态配料系统模型的复杂性及客观环境中的干扰因素,使传统单一模式的控制难以达到预定的要求。在对传统烧结配料系统的控制方式进行分析研究的基础上,首次结合模糊smith控制和时滞优化控制,提出了一种针对烧结动态配料系统的复合控制方法,采用模糊推理完成2组控制器的平稳过渡。然后,用MATLAB/simulink进行建模仿真。仿真结果验证了所提出控制策略的有效性,且控制系统具有良好的动、稳态性能。The traditional single-mode control is difficult to achieve the desired requirements by the reason of the complexity model and interference factors in the objective environment of dynamic batching system in the sintering process. Based on the analy- sis of automatic batching system, a compound controller for the dynamic mixing system was proposed by combining Fuzzy-smith technique with optimal control method of time delay system in parallel for the first time. Smooth actions of the controller during switching were guaranteed by using fuzzy inference. MATLAB/simulink was used to achive modeling and simulation. Simulation re- suits show the validity of the proposed control strategy, and it satisfied the dynamic performance and steady-state precision of the control system.
