摘　　要：工业工程专业定位的思路应充分考虑学校资源与地方企业优势的互补结合,培养目标定位于既懂得工程技术,又熟悉生产经营管理的复合型、应用型人才。由此合理确定课程设置、课时分配及实验室建设方案,并通过合理规划课程教学内容来实现相关知识大融合、校企合作加强实践基地建设、加强师资队伍建设等措施来促进专业培养方案的有效实施。Major orientation thought for Industrial Engineering should consider the complementary combination of the resources of University and advantages of the Local Industries. Training objective locates in the complex-and-application-oriented talents who understand engineering skills and production and operation management, in terms of curriculum, time allocation, and labo- ratory building. Rational planned curriculum content for fusion of knowledge, construction of practice base, and strengthening of teacher team all of these promote effective implementation of the major education project.
