重度难度根管预备治疗的操作体会

摘　　要：目的总结重度、难度根管预备治疗的经验和体会。方法对50颗磨牙156个根管行根管预备、充填,1年后复查治疗效果。结果回访结果显示,50颗牙中40颗成功,7颗纵裂,3颗松动并后期拔除,总有效率80%,牙齿保存率80%。结论重度难度复杂根管经预备治疗后,根管充填后的大部分患牙能继续保存,行使有效的咀嚼功能。但为避免出现医疗纠纷,牙医应谨慎选择根管治疗病例。Objective To exchange personal experience on the manipulation of root canal preparatory treatment in severe and difficult cases.Methods Preparation and filling of 156 root canals were carried out in 50 molars and the therapeutic effects were checked following one year of therapy.Results Such was the results of the clinical follow-ups： of the 50 teeth,40 were cured,7 had longitudinal split and 3 became mobilized and were removed in the end,with a total effective rate of 80% and a reserving rate of 80%.Conclusion Most affected teeth could be preserved and maintained their masticatory function with root canal filling,following preparatory root canal treatment in severe and difficult cases.To avoid any possible medical disputes,dentists should cautiously select the cases for root canal treatment.
