板式降膜蒸发器在胶原蛋白生产中的设计研究

摘　　要：板式蒸发器与管式蒸发器均具有升膜、升降膜及降膜三种形式,且加热的温度都比较低。由于物料在板式降膜蒸发器设备中停留的时间最短,使物料的有益元素最大限度地不被破坏,因此比较适合热敏性物料的蒸发浓缩。本文阐述JBJM02-800型板式降膜蒸发器在胶原蛋白生产中的设计及应用,并与管式降膜蒸发器的应用效果作比较。The difference of plate evaporator with membrane evaporator lies in its various types,it has the types of rising membrane,rising and falling membrane and falling membrane.The temperature of heating in plate evaporator is relatively low.In these three types of evaporators,the staying time of medium in plate falling membrane evaporator is shortest,and with the largest extent,the beneficial elements in the medium can be keep in undamaged.Thus,plate falling membrane evaporator is suitable to be used in evaporation and condensation of heat sensitive mediums.But,compared with pipe falling membrane evaporator,it still has some advantages.In this paper,exampled with the design of model JBJM02-800 plate falling membrane evaporator and its application in collagen production,the design procedure and comparison of the application effects of plate falling membrane evaporator and falling membrane evaporator were stated.
