摘　　要：针对现有船舶厨房中采用的敞开式燃油炉灶不能在负压条件下正常燃烧,且存在危及厨房安全和影响工作环境的问题,提出采用一体化封闭式燃油炉灶,分析其结构特点和系统压力匹配,认为一体化封闭式燃油炉灶能有效应用于各类船舶厨房,替代现有的敞开式燃油炉灶。The open oil-fired cooking range is used in the existing ship kitchen, which cannot burn under negative pressure. The kitchen safety and working environment are affected by some problems, the oil-fired kitchen range with closed furnace and in- dependent air supply and exhaust system is proposed. The structural design of closed oil-fired kitchen range and the system static pressure match analysis of the air supply and exhaust for kitchen range were discussed. The results indicated that the integrative closed oil-fired kitchen range can be used for various ship kitchen, and replace the existing oil-fired cooking range.
