摆式矫治器远中移动上颌第一磨牙的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究摆式矫治器远中移动上颌第一磨牙的疗效。方法:选择混合牙列或恒牙列早期的牙源性安氏Ⅱ类错伴上颌牙列轻中度拥挤的16例患者,应用摆式矫治器远中移动上颌第一磨牙。分别在应用摆式矫治器前、上颌磨牙远移至上下颌第一磨牙中性偏近中关系时拍摄头颅定位侧位片,分析矫治前后牙齿测量项目、骨骼及软组织测量项目的变化。结果:16例经过(5.1±1.4)个月的矫治,上颌第一磨牙远移至上下颌第一磨牙呈中性偏近中关系。矫治后,前牙覆盖增加,覆减小;上唇突度增加;下后面高距、下颌综合长度、升支高度有所增加,而上下颌骨变化较小。结论:摆式矫治器远中移动上颌第一磨牙疗效可靠,可用于牙源性安氏Ⅱ类错的矫治。Aim：To study the efficiency of pendulum appliance for maxillary first molars distalization.Methods：Sixteen adolescent patients with odontogenic Angle class Ⅱmalocclusion and mild or moderate maxillary dental crowding were corrected with pendulum appliance for maxillary first molar distalization.Cephalometric films were taken before the treatment and when the relationship of upper/lower first molars was neutral or nearly neutral.Results：After（5.1±1.4） months,the relationship of upper/lower first molars was neutral or nearly neutral.The overjet increased and the overbite decreased.The upper lip protrusion increased.S-Go,Co-Gn,and Go-Ar increased.The changes of skeletal components were little.Conclusion：The pendulum appliance can distalize the upper molars effectively for the odontogenic Angle class Ⅱmalocclusion.
