摘　　要：从专业人才选拔的角度出发,论述了以突出中医学科专业特色及人才素质特征为中心,建立中医专业人才自主选拔模式,并开展自主选拔考察内容、考核方式及多元评价机制的研究与实施。指出了中医专业人才自主选拔模式中尚需深入探索的问题与研究趋势,提出了建立中医专业人才自主选拔考核指标体系的构想。From the angle of self-section of special talents, the authors discussed the construction of self-section mode of TCM special talents through centering the outstanding features of TCM discipline and special talents. The observation content, methods and multiple assess mechanism of self-section were studied and completed. The questions and research tendency were indicated in the self-section mode of TCM special talents and the idea of building assessment indictor system was proposed.
