摘　　要：在建立病理学典型病案库的基础上,开设了典型病案讨论课,极大地激发了学生的学习热情和学习的主动性,培养了学生的临床思维和独立分析、解决问题的能力,增进了学生之间的沟通和交流,提高了学习成绩,得到了学生的广泛好评。On the base of building of typical medical record database of pathology, the seminar on typical medical records was offered, which has induced students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative, cultivated their clinical thinking and problem-analysis and problem-resolving ability, improved the communication among them and advanced their study results.
