正常与退变髓核细胞Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和番红染色的研究

摘　　要：目的对正常与退变椎间盘髓核细胞(Nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc)Ⅱ型胶原蛋白免疫荧光染色及番红"O"染色进行比较。方法对正常与退变椎间盘髓核细胞进行番红"O"染色及细胞内Ⅱ型胶原蛋白行免疫荧光染色。结果⑴免疫荧光染色:退变椎间盘髓核细胞轻度染色,呈类圆形,染色模糊,细胞内仅有极少量荧光颗粒;⑵番红"O"染色:退变盘髓核细胞形态不规则,细胞核染色较淡,形态不规则,细胞突起及胞浆染色不均匀,部分细胞组织结构分解,完整性消失,细胞稀疏,排列混乱,有的可见少量细胞坏死区。结论正常与退变椎间盘髓核细胞比较,在退变的椎间盘中髓核细胞数量减少、部分凋亡,髓核细胞内的Ⅱ型胶原蛋白含量明显减少。Objective Normal and degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells（Nucleus pulposus of intervertebral disc） type II collagen staining and safranin staining were compared to ＂O＂ . Methods On the normal and degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus ceEs for a red ＂O＂ dyeing and intracellular collagen type II line immunofluorescence staining. Results （1）Immunofluorescence staining： degeneration of nucleus pulposus cells were round, mild dyeing, dyeing fuzzy, cells within a very few fluorescent particles, （2）A red ＂O＂ stained. Color： degeneration of nucleus pulposus cells irregular morphology, nuclei are pale, irregular morphology, cell protrusions and cytoplasmic uneven dyeing, part of the cell tissue structure decomposition, integrity disappeared, cell sparse, arrayed in chaos, some a few visible cell necrosis zone. Conclusion Normal and degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells, in degenerative intervertebral discs of nucleus pulposus cells, part of the decrease in the number of apoptotic, nucleus pulposus cells in type II collagen content was significantly reduced.
