PRL及CA125在子宫内膜癌的表达及其与临床病理分期的关系

摘　　要：目的观察不同病理类型及分期的子宫内膜癌患者和健康对照组的血清中催乳素(prolactin)水平及CA125水平的变化,旨在探讨催乳素与子宫内膜癌不同病理分期类型之间的关系。方法选取潍坊市益都中心医院妇科因子宫内膜癌入院,经手术治疗并确诊的子宫内膜癌患者37例,根据不同手术-病理分期标准分组。抽取各组患者和正常对照组外周静脉血5ml,应用微粒子酶免分析法(microparticle enzyme immunoassay,MEIA)检测PRL及CA125水平,观察各组间PRL及CA125水平的表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌患者PRL及CA125水平较正常对照组明显增高(P均<0.05),且高催乳素血症发生率明显高于高CA125血症(P均<0.01)。结论对子宫内膜癌患者,PRL可以作为较CA125更好的肿瘤标志物。Objective To observe the levels of prolactin and CA125 in the serum of patients with endometrical carcinoma,and investigate the relationship between PRL,CA125 and different stages of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Patients undergoing diagnostic endometrial carcinoma were divided into three groups according to surgical-pathologic stages of FIGO in 1998.Draw vein blood（5ml） respectively from each recipient and the normal control group before laparoscopy or laparotomy and make serum separation.The PRL and CA125 levels of each of each recipients were determined by microparticle enzyme innunoassay（MEIA）.Data are expressed as mean value＋SEM and compared with individual groups using analysis of variance,value of P0.05 was regarded for statistical significance.Results CA125 and PRL levels were obviously higher in endometrial carcinoma groups than the normal control group（P0.05）;PRL-positive levels were significantly higher than CA125-positive levels in operative-stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The PRL-positive level was higher than the CA125-positive levels in the early stage of endometrial carcinoma.Prolactin may be a better tumor maker than CA125 in patients with endometrial carcinoma.
