摘 要:高压、富水岩溶隧道稳定性较差,节理裂隙发育,围岩遇水风化软化严重,易发生塑性变形和流变,严重影响了正常施工和安全。针对大瑶山隧道的水文地质条件,提出了"以堵为主,适量排水,防、截、排、堵相结合,综合治理"的防治水方案,从研究复合性注浆材料、注浆工艺、注浆设备等方面对隧道各种水害进行综合治理,制定了"分区、隔断、集中、封堵,一长一短、先浅后深"的径向围岩注浆堵水工艺,有效地解决了隧道施工中渗水问题,确保了隧道的安全和长期稳定。The tunnel stability in high-pressure and water-riched zone in Karst is bad. The developed joints and fissures, the seriously weather and soften while the rock contacting with water will cause plastic and rheological deformation easily, and affect the normal construction and security. The comprehensive scheme of "general scheme by blocking, properly drainage, combing prevent, cut, drainage and plugging, comprehensive controlling" is proposed according to the hydrogeology condition of Dayaoshan tunnel. The radical grouting shut-off technique of "division, partition, concentration, sealing, one long and one short, shallow first and deep second" is determined after studying the compound grouting material, grouting technology and grouting equipment.The water seepage problems in tunnel constriction are successfully solved, and it guarantees the tunnel safety and long-term stability.
