LASIK矫正近视性屈光参差对双眼视觉的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光手术矫正近视性屈光参差对双眼视觉的影响及临床价值。方法近视性屈光参差患者35例67只眼,常规LASIK,术后随访12～38个月,观察手术前后裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力及双眼视觉。结果术后1年裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力91.0%者61只眼。双眼屈光参差度数手术前为(4.56±2.15)D,手术后为(0.52±0.26)D,较术前明显降低。术前1例有正常近立体视,8例为亚正常立体视,26例为立体盲。术后1年,14例患者有正常近立体视,19例为亚正常立体视,2例为立体盲。术后1年的近立体视与术前比较有明显提高,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。术后1年的近立体视较与术前戴框架镜比较也有明显的改善。结论 LASIK治疗近视性屈光参差不仅提高患者的裸眼视力,并改善双眼视觉功能,恢复正常或部分立体视。Objective To analyze the binocular vision after LASIK in myopic anisometropia.Methods Thirty-five patients（67 eyes） with binocular myopic anisometropia more than 2.50 diopters received LASIK.All patients were followed 12-38 months,to observe the uncorrected visual acuity（UCVA）,the best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）,and binocular vision before and after LASIK.Results The UCVA of 61 eyes（91.0%） was improved significantly one year after operation,they reached or even better than BCVA.In the degree of anisometropia,there was a significant difference between pre-LASIK（4.56±2.15） D and post-LASIK（0.52±0.26） D.The short distance stereopsis vision after LASIK was significantly higher than that before operation（P0.05）.And it was also significantly higher than that before operation with corrected glasses（P0.05）.Conclusions LASIK can improve the corrected visual acuity and resume the binocular vision for myopic anisometropia.
