摘　　要：目的探讨S100A8在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测68例BTCC和10例癌旁正常膀胱组织中S100A8蛋白的表达,并分析其与BTCC临床病理特征的关系。结果 S100A8蛋白在BTCC组织中表达阳性率为55.9%(38/68),10例癌旁正常膀胱组织中表达均为阴性,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在低度恶性倾向尿路上皮乳头状瘤+低分级BTCC组织中表达阳性率为29.2%(7/24),高分级BTCC组织中表达阳性率为70.5%(31/44),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在pTa-pT1期和pT2-pT4期表达阳性率分别为46.9%(23/49)和78.9%(15/19),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在复发性BTCC组织和初发性BTCC组织中表达阳性率分别为72.7%(16/22)和47.8%(22/46),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 S100A8蛋白表达阳性率在BTCC组织中明显高于癌旁正常膀胱组织,其表达与BTCC的病理分期、分级呈正相关,随病理分期、分级的增高,S100A8蛋白表达阳性率增高,提示S100A8蛋白的表达与BTCC的发生、发展密切相关。检测S100A8蛋白有助于BTCC预后的评估。Objective To investigate the expression of S100A8 protein in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder （BTCC） and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of S100A8 protein in 68 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of adjacent normal bladder tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining and its correlations to clinic pathologic features was then analyzed. Results Expression of S100A8 protein was higher in BTCC than in adjacent normal bladder tissues （55.9% versus 0% ,P〈0.01）. S100A8 protein expression rates were 78. 9% and 46.9% in pT2-pT4 BTCC and pTa-pT1 BTCC（P%0.05） ,while 29.2% and 70.5% in PUNLMP plus low-grade BTCC and high- grade BTCC（P%0. 01）, respectively. There was no difference between recurrence and non-recurrence （72. 7% versus47.8% ,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of S100A8 protein was higher in BTCC than in the adjacent normal tissues,which was associated with pathologic grade and Stage of BTCC. The expression level of S100A8 protein was getting higher with the increase of tumor pathology grade and stage. We might speculate that S100A8 protein was correlated with the currency and progression of BTCC. The detection of the expression of S100A8 protein is in favor of prognostic evaluation of bladder cancer.
