摘　　要：通过阐述我国现有的水环境功能区划、水(使用)功能区划以及水生态功能分区的研究进展,分析评价其合理性及其关系,提出三者之间应该统筹兼顾,综合考虑,以期能够形成出较为完善的的区划体系,实现水资源、水环境和水生态的协调发展,同时也为完善我国水环境保护和管理提供一定的理论依据。The paper discussed the research progress of the existing water environmental function zoning, water function zoning and water eco-fimctional regionalization, then analyzed and evaluated their rationality and relationship. The above three methods should be considered together, then a relatively comprehensive system of zoning would be formed. Finally, a mode of coordinated development of water resources, water environment and water ecology would be obtained, and a theoretical basis would be provided to improve water environmental protection and management as well.
