酿酒葡萄品种“北醇”引种表现及栽培技术

摘　　要：引进种植酿酒葡萄品种"北醇",经20多年在闽北试验栽种,综合性状表现好,酿造出的酒色泽浅红、清澈透明、风味浓、品质优,是一个适宜在福建省高温高湿环境下推广栽培的酿酒葡萄品种。该文介绍北醇葡萄特征特性及栽培技术。The wine grape variety ＂Beichun＂ was introduced into and trial planted in north Fujian for more than 20 years.It showed a better comprehensive characters,and the wine brewed with it displayed the characteristics of light red color,clarified liquor body,richer flavor and good quality.It was a wine grape variety which is suitable to be cultivated and popularized in hot and humid environment in Fujian.Its characteristics and cultivation techniques was introduced in this paper.
