摘  要:选用马铃薯合作-88为试验材料,进行了土壤盆栽试验,通过向土壤中分别加入巨大芽孢杆菌溶液和枯草芽孢杆菌溶液,比较不同细胞分裂素生产菌对马铃薯早期生长生理的影响,探讨细胞分裂素生产菌对马铃薯生长影响的生理基础。结果表明:细胞分裂素生产菌处理后,马铃薯的株高、株鲜重、根鲜重都有所增长;马铃薯的水分利用率、根系活力和干物质储存量上也有所增加;经细胞分裂素生产菌处理的马铃薯光合速率、根系活力、水分利用率均高于对照组。The potato Hezuo-88 was taken as experimental material to conduct a soil pot experiment.By adding Bacillus magaterium solution and Bacillus subtilis solution to soil,the influences of cytokinin producing bacterium on growth and physiology of potato in early period were compared between different cytokinin producing bacteria,and the physiological basis for cytokinin producing bacterium influencing the growth of potato also was discussed.The results showed that adding cytokinin producing bacteria increased the plant high,plant fresh weight and root fresh weight of potato,and enhanced the water use efficiency,root activity and storing amount of dry matter,the photosynthetic rate,the phytohormone level and the root activity of potato treated by Bacillus subtilis were higher than those of potato treated by Bacillus magaterium.
