摘　　要：研究了采前烟田灌溉对不同成熟度上部叶的色素、多酚含量的影响。结果表明,采前烟田灌水能提高上部叶色素、多酚的含量,尤其对适熟叶效果明显,提高了叶片的香气吃味,改善了叶片的品质。The influences of irrigation before harvest on contents of pigment and polyphenols in different maturities of upper tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that irrigation before harvest can increase the contents of pigment and polyphenols in every maturities of upper tobacco leaves,especially in properly matured leaves,and it also can improve the aroma,flavor and quality of upper leaves.
