加味七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜组织病理学改变的影响。方法:使用N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)建立慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型60只,随机分为4组,每组各15只,分别给予生理盐水、加味七方胃痛颗粒、胃复春灌胃30天。给药结束后,取大鼠胃黏膜组织在HE染色光镜下观察病理学改变。结果:加味七方胃痛颗粒组和胃复春组均可以有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜厚度、腺体萎缩,逆转肠化及不典型增生。结论:加味七方胃痛颗粒能明显改善慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠受损胃黏膜组织的病理状况。Objective： To observe the influence ofjiawei qifang weitong granules on pathological changes of gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 60 rat models with chronic atrophic gastritis based on N- methyl-N＇-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine （MNNG）were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 for each, and physiological saline, jiawei qifang weitong granules, and weifuchun were respectively given to each group for 30 days. After the medication, pathological changes of gastric mucosa tissue in rats were observed through HE staining light microscope. Results： Both jiawei qifang weitong granules and weifuchun could effectively improve the thickness, gland atrophy, reversal intestinalization and atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Conclusion： Jiawei qifang weitong granules can significantly improve pathological changes of gastric mucosa impaired in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.
