阴茎癌术后顽固性低血压

摘　　要：报道1例62岁患者因阴茎癌行阴茎部分切除，术后出现顽固性低血压，最终诊断为下丘脑-垂体功能低下的诊治过程，分析其原因可能为术后脑梗死导致垂体柄或下丘脑功能受损。A case of hypothalamus-pituitary hypofunction after surgery was reported. A 62-year-old male patient underwent penis partial resection under general anesthesia. He showed refractory hypotension after operation, and final diagnosis was hypothalamus-pituitary hypofunetion. The reason of stalk hypophysial or hypothalamus dysfunction may be postoperative cerebral infarction.
