摘　　要：实施农业产业集群发展战略的前提是正确把握农业产业集群的形成机理,从动态角度分析农业产业集群形成的过程,构建农业产业集群发展的地心辐射模型,以此模型为基础,探讨各关键形成阶段的特征,分析促进每一关键阶段出现的驱动因素,并结合驱动因素分析提出农业产业集群的发展建议。The prerequisite of implementing clustered strategy is to comprehend the forming mechanism of agriculture industrial cluster. Through building the geocentric model, this paper analyses the characteristics of each key stage of forming agriculture industrial cluster, presents the driving factors emerging on each key stage, and provides policy recommendations by combining the driving factors.
