摘　　要：目的观察静脉溶栓后联用尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)的疗效和安全性。方法对20例ACI且符合静脉溶栓适应证患者给予溶栓治疗,继后联用尤瑞克林治疗14 d,对照组20例,为不符合静脉溶栓标准或符合适应证而拒用溶栓治疗的患者,仅给予尤瑞克林治疗,两组其它内科治疗相同。比较两组治疗14 d前后:美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活能力(ADL)的变化。结果治疗后溶栓联用尤瑞克林和对照组NIHSS评分均有改善(P<0.01),但溶栓组改善更明显,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组ADL水平均较治疗前提高(P<0.01),但溶栓组改善更明显,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组之间的不良反应无明显差异。结论静脉溶栓联合尤瑞克林治疗ACI可提高疗效,不增加不良反应,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating acute cerebral infarction（ACI）with urinary kallidinogenase after thrombolysis.Methods Collecting 20 patients who had ACI and their symptoms were consistent with indications of intravenous thrombolysis,treating them with thrombolytic therapy,and then combined with urinary kallidinogenase for 14 days.There are 20 cases in controlled group,patients in which were not willing to get the treatment of thrombolysis or patients＇ symptoms were not consistent with the indications of intravenous thrombolysis,and treated them with urinary kallidinogenase.Other medical treatments were same with previous group.Evaluate the change of NHISS and ADL of the two groups.Result NHISS of the two groups both improved（P0.01）,and thrombolysis group improved more significantly,and had the significant difference compared with controlled group（P0.01）.ADL level of the two groups both went up（P0.01）,thrombolysis group went up more significantly,and had the significant difference compared with controlled group（P0.01）.There were no significant differences in adverse reaction of the two groups.Conclusion Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction with Urinary Kallidinogenase after intravenous thrombolysis increase the efficacy and safety,adverse reaction didn＇t increase.
