摘 要:从82株南极细菌中筛选出1株高产低温纤维素酶菌株NJ64,通过16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定,并对其产酶条件及酶学性质进行了初步研究。结果表明,NJ64菌株为假交替单胞菌属(Pseudoalteromonas sp.);最适产酶条件为:培养时间72 h、初始pH值7.5、培养温度10℃;所产纤维素酶在pH值9.0左右、40℃条件下的酶活性最高,属于低温酶。A high-producing cold-adapted cellulase antarctic bacterium named NJ64 was isolated from 82 antractic bacteria and identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Its cellulase-producing conditions and enzymatic properties were studied primarily. The strain NJ64 was determined as genus Pseudoalteromonas sp.. The optimum cellulase-producing conditions were obtained as follows:cultural time was 72 h,initial pH value was 7.5, cultural temperature was 10 ℃. The enzymatic activity of cold-adapted cellulase was the highest with pH value of about 9. O,temperature of 40 ℃.
