通塞脉片结合西医常规治疗脑梗死后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察通塞脉片治疗脑梗死并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法将53例脑梗死并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为两组;治疗组29例给予通塞脉片联合尿激酶、低分子肝素治疗,对照组24例仅给予尿激酶、低分子肝素治疗。两组疗程均为14天;采用彩色多普勒超声检测患肢静脉血管再通情况以评估临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血液流变学变化。结果治疗后治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血液流变学指标均有不同程度改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通塞脉片结合西医常规疗法治疗脑梗死并发下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of ＂Tongsemai Tablet＂ with western medicine in treating deep vein thrombosis following cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty-three subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 29 cases were treated with ＂Tongsemai Tablet＂,urokinase and Nadroparin Calcium,and control group in which 24 cases were treated with urokinase and Nadroparin Calcium,with a course of 14 days.Hemorheology detection and limb venous system by color ultrasound Doppler examination were performed.Results The clinical effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）;after treatment,the hemorheology indicators were improved in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tongsemai Tablet＂ with western medicine has positive effects on deep vein thrombosis following cerebral infarction.
