摘  要:在重车静力分析的基础上,推导出货车装载工况参数与倾覆系数之间的静力关系式。基于车辆系统动力学,利用SIMPACK动力学仿真软件,建立了重车的车辆动力学仿真模型。以C64k敞车为例,在特定装载工况和运行工况下,分别基于静力模型与仿真模型,计算出倾覆系数的大小,并总结了货车装载工况参数与倾覆系数的变化关系。结果表明:静力学和仿真模型计算得出的货车装载工况对车辆倾覆安全的影响趋势基本一致,倾覆系数大小与重车重心高、货物重心横向偏移量及货物重心纵向偏移量成正相关;在相同的装载工况与运行工况下,静力学模型计算结果偏大,SIMPACK仿真模型结果更接近实际。Based on the static analysis of loaded wagon,the static relationship expression of wagon loading conditions parameters and overturning coefficient were deduced firstly.Then the dynamical simulation model of loaded wagon was established by SIMPACK based on the vehicle system dynamics.By taking the C64K wagon for example,the relationship between loading conditions and overturning coefficient were calculated,based on the two models under the specific loading and running conditions.The results indicate that the variation trends of the influences of loading conditions on wagon overturning of the static model are almost consistent with that of the dynamic model.The results of static model are larger than that of SIMPACK model,and the SIMPACK model results are more close to practice.
