摘　　要：本文对目前常用的大鼠脑缺血模型制作方法做一总结，并对各种方法的优缺点进行评述，为脑缺血基础和应用研究中动物模型的选择提供参考。This article summarizes the methods of making rat cerebral ischeiria models and conmments the advantages and disadvantages of various methods in order to provide references for the selection of anirml models in the basis and application research of cerebral ischemia.
