摘　　要：探讨Web 2.0对个人管理知识的影响,分析个人知识管理过程,综合Web2.0环境下个人知识特性,提出个人知识管理技能培养的必要性,从创造、组织和共享三方面探讨了个人知识管理能力培养的途径。This article analyzes the influence of Web 2.0 on personal knowledge management, studies personal knowledge management process, synthesizes personal knowledge characteristics under the Web 2.0 environment, proposes the necessity of training personal knowledge management skill, and discusses the approaches for ability cultivation and capability management of personal knowledge management from the creation, organization and sharing.
