摘 要:因中方技术能力较弱,外方通常缺乏与中方组建合作研发联盟的意愿,而是选择技术转让.中方企业提高其技术能力的一个主要方式,是与国内大学和研究机构组建产学研技术联盟,然后寻求与国外企业的合作研发.本文从中方产学研联盟介入角度研究中外企业技术联盟的技术转移模式选择问题,通过建立技术转移模式选择的演化博弈模型,分析中方产学研联盟介入对外方技术转移模式选择决策的影响,得到中方产学研联盟介入能够使外方选择合作研发联盟可能性增加的条件.Because of the weakness of technological ability of Chinese enterprises,foreign enterprises like to select technology transfer and unwilling to form RD alliance with Chinese enterprises.The main way taken by Chinese enterprises to raise their technological ability is to form industry-university-institute alliance with Chinese universities and research institutes,then seeking for RD cooperation with foreign enterprises.From the perspective of the participation of the Chinese industry-university-institute alliance,here it discusses the technology transfer modes selection in Sino-foreign enterprise technology alliance.The evolutionary game model of technology transfer modes selection in Sino-foreign enterprise technology alliance is established to analyze how the participation of Chinese industry-university-institute alliance affects the technology transfer mode selection strategy of foreign enterprises.It concludes that the participation of Chinese industry-university-institute alliance could promote the foreign enterprises to take the strategy of forming RD alliance with Chinese enterprises,but it needs some conditions.
