摘　　要：本文以东南大学在区域产学研合作的实践为例,重点探讨提升高校科技创新能力和推动高校学科建设与发展的政产学研合作新模式与新机制,提出了在高校科研基地、学科、仪器和人才等方面"三共建一培养"模式,为高校各级决策层科学利用政府、企业以及本单位的科技资源提供新思路.It takes the practice of industry-university-institute regional cooperation in Southeast University as an example,focuses on the new cooperation pattern and mechanism to promote the technology innovation and discipline construction and puts forward a mode named ＂three build one training＂ in scientific research base,discipline,equipment and talent.It provides new ideas for decision-makers in university to scientifically utilize the scientific and technological resources of the government,enterprises and university.
