摘  要:目的分析寄主来源为柚子的桑寄生的挥发性成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法和二氧化碳超临界流体萃取法提取寄主来源为柚子的桑寄生的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其进行分析,采用面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果从水蒸气蒸馏法的提取物中获得101个色谱峰,鉴定了其中65个成分,已鉴定出的成分的相对含量占流出峰总面积的65.71%,从二氧化碳超临界流体萃取法的提取物中共获得69个色谱峰,鉴定了其中29个成分,已鉴定出的成分的相对含量占流出峰总面积的52.75%。结论用水蒸气蒸馏法和二氧化碳超临界流体萃取法提取得到的挥发性成分有明显差异,该研究可为揭示桑寄生的药效物质基础提供更多的依据。Objective To study the volatile constituents from Taxillus chinensis(DC.) Danser. Methods Volatile constituents of Taxillus chinensis(DC.) Danser were extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,and analyzed by GC-MS techniques.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results 101 peaks were separated and 65 of them were identified,representing about 65.71% of the total content from the extracts of steam distillation.69 peaks were separated and 29 of them were identified,representing about 52.75% of the total content from the extracts of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction. Conclusion The differences exist between the volatile constituents extracted by steam distillation and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,and this study can give a basis for the further research on the bioactive constituents from Taxillus chinensis(DC.) Danser.
