加拿大原产地西洋参及自制炮制品西洋红参的降血糖药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的考察自采于加拿大原产地农场的不同年生西洋参及自制炮制品西洋红参、不同活性大类成分对高血糖小鼠的治疗效果。方法通过静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立小鼠高血糖模型,对造模小鼠进行分组,用不同西洋参样品进行灌胃,采用GOD-PAP法测定血糖;比较不同给药组小鼠的血糖水平。结果加拿大原产地产三年生西洋参、四年生西洋参、五年生西洋参及自制炮制品西洋红参对于高血糖小鼠有一定的治疗效果,呈现量效关系;四年生西洋参中的总皂苷与总多糖有一定的降血糖作用。结论自采于加拿大原产地农场的西洋参及自制炮制品西洋红参均具有降血糖作用。Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effects of decreasing blood glucose in diabetic mice with different years roots of Panax quinquefolium L.and its processed products which collected from original habitat in Ontario of Canada. Methods The hyperglycemia mice induced by alloxan were divided as the blood glucose level treated by different extracts of the different roots of Panax quinquefolium L.The content of blood glucose was determined by GOD-PAP compared the blood glucose of every group. Results They had the pharmacodynamic effects on the tendency of decreasing the blood glucose with increasing of the concentration of samples,which were three,four and five year-old roots of Panax quinquefolium L.and its processed products which collected from original habitat in Ontario of Canada.And its（four year-old） saponin and polysaccharide had the same effects. Conclusion They have the pharmacodynamic effects of decreasing the blood glucose.
