摘　　要：目的:比较一种能随体位改变开闭状态的眼眶赝复体及常规眼眶赝复体修复眼眶部缺损的修复技术及临床效果。方法:因肿瘤切除术后致眼眶部缺损患者1例,在患者眼眶区取垂直体位印模,同时进行能随体位改变开闭状态的眼眶赝复体制作和常规眼眶赝复体的制作,2-3周完成。赝复体使用专用硅橡胶材料制作,采用粘接方式固位。结果:修复术后随访1年,未出现赝复体周围炎性反应。新型赝复体分量轻,仅重20克,比传统实心赝复体轻5克。两种方法修复制作过程顺利,固位可靠,患者对外观、颜色均满意。患者能自行拆洗新型赝复体,患者更愿意使用新型能随体位改变开闭状态的赝复体。结论:一种能随体位改变开闭状态的眼眶赝复体可随体位改变开闭状态,外观效果满意,可用于临床。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of a new kind of orbital prosthesis on repairing orbital defectcomparing with conventional orbital prosthesis. Methods： A patient with orbital defect caused by orbital tumor were treated. Impression was produced in a vertical position, followed by fabrication of conditional prosthesis and the new kind of prosthesis which could open or close automatically with postural changes. The prostheses were made of polysiloxane material （Factor II Lakeside A riz）. Results： After a one-year follow-up period, there was no apparent inflammatory reaction in soft tissue around the new prosthesis. The patient was satisfied with the facial appearance of the new one which could open or close automatically with postural changes and its self-washable convenience. Additionally, the new prosthesis was only 20g which was 5g lighter than the conventional one. Conclusion： The new removable orbital prosthesis was safe and more effec- tive in repairing orbital defect, which provided a new choice for the clinical work.
