摘  要:以硝酸-高氯酸为混合酸消解样品,应用等离子体发射光谱法对淀粉及其制品中十六种元素含量进行测定。研究了称样量与加酸量的比例及混合酸的体积比,研究了体系中浓度为2%~12%(V/V)盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸及硫酸对溶液发射值的影响,研究了仪器分析的测定条件。检测结果显示:不同淀粉及其制品中均含有钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、铝、铁,其它元素含量均很低。此法应用于样品测定,十六种元素线性范围宽,精密度高,加标平均回收率在96.0%~104.0%之间。RSD均在1.0%~6.6%。本方法具有简单、准确等优点,可满足淀粉及其制品中准确测定十六种元素的要求。Sample was digested With nitric acid-perchloric acid, sixteen kinds of elements in starch and its products was determined by ICP-OES. The ratio of sample weight and the amount of acid,the volume ratio of mixed acid was studied,Affect of the system in a concentration of 2% - 12% (V/V) hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid and sulfuric acid solution to the value of emission was researched,Study on the determi- nation conditions of instrument. Test results show : Different in both starch and its products contain potassium, sodium,calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, aluminum, iron element, Other elements content are very low. The method was applied to the determination of sample, Sixteen kinds of elements in a wide range of linear, with high precision, The recovery is 96.0% - 104.0% with RSD being 1.0% - 6.6%. The method is simple and accurate, Can meet the accurate determination of sixteen elements requirements of Starch and its products.
