经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的疗效,总结手术经验。方法:对20例经脐单孔LC的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中胆囊炎并胆结石11例,胆囊炎并胆囊息肉7例,胆囊炎、胆结石合并胆囊息肉2例。结果:20例LC均获成功,无感染及胆漏等并发症发生,术后4～7天出院。术后1个月复诊,脐部手术瘢痕不明显。结论:经脐单孔LC有微创与美容相结合的治疗效果,安全可靠,具有推广价值。Objective：To observe the effect of ransumbilical single-port access in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）,and to sum up the surgical experience.Methods：The clinical data of 20 cases having received transumbilical single-hole LC were reviewed and analyzed.Among the 20 cases,11 suffered from cholecystitis and biliary calculus,7 cholecystitis and polyp of the gallbladder,2 cholecystitis and biliary calculus and polyp of the gallbladder.Results：The operation was successful in all the 20 cases.No infection or cholerrhagia occurred.All the patients were discharged from hospital 4-7 days after operation.No obvious scar was observed in the umbilical region during the subsequent visits one month later.Conclusions：As a new technology,transumbilical single-hole LC can achieve the effect of both minimal invasion and good vision.It is safe and well worth popularizing.
