发展农民专业合作社与推进现代农业产业化经营的对策探讨——以哈尔滨市为例

摘　　要：通过大力发展合作社,推动农业产业化进程是解决如何发展农业、保护农民利益、维护农村稳定的最有效途径之一。介绍了哈尔滨市的农民专业合作社和农业产业化经营的运行情况,分析其中存在的问题,提出如何通过促进农民专业合作社发展,进而推进哈市农业产业化经营。Developing of cooperatives to promote the industrialized operation of agriculture process was one of the most effective ways to solve how to develop agriculture, protect farmer＇s interests and maintain rural stability. The operation conditions of specialized farmers＇ cooperatives and the industrialized operations of agriculture in Harbin were introduced and the problems were analyzed. The suggestions that how to develop specialized farmers＇ cooperatives and promote the industrialized operation of modern agriculture in Harbin were proposed.
